This holy month of Ramadan is unlike any we’ve celebrated. Fortunately, we have ways to come together and enjoy the beauty of human life and unity of community.
The COVID-19 crisis serves as an important reminder of the transformative power of hope and what it means to our collective human family around the world.
Zaman's Virtual Ramadan Celebration, hosted online on May 9, 2020, increased support for our COVID-19 response and inspired participants as we continue to navigate this global pandemic.
The virtual celebration was emceed by Amanda Saab of Amanda’s Plate and featured:

• Video remarks by Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Inkster Mayor Patrick Wimberly
